Two things happen here
When you write
Say the thing you never said out loud. Putting it into words, even here, even anonymous, loosens something in the chest. You do not have to carry it alone anymore.
When you read
Somewhere on this wall is a sentence you thought was only yours. It never was. Other people carry what you carry, and seeing it in their words is its own kind of relief.
Witnessing is not a like. Tapping “Witness this” adds you to the count of people who read this sentence and felt it was true.
The person who wrote it can see that number. It tells them, without a word, that they are not alone with it.
