The Circle
A free weekly space to be heard.
Every Thursday we meet online: a small group, seven seats, 90 minutes of structured presence. You speak as much or as little as you choose. The group listens by clear rules: zero advice, zero judgment, zero fixing. What you say stays in the room.
Thursdays, 5:00 PM Warsaw time, on Google Meet. The booking page shows the nearest date converted to your local time. Seven seats per Circle, so the group stays small enough for everyone to be heard. Each Circle runs 90 minutes. This season, each Circle is held by me, Paweł, founder of UNSAID.
How a Circle works
We open together: a short welcome and the rules, read aloud, the same way each week. Then the space belongs to the group. Whoever wants to speak, speaks; the rest of us witness. A facilitator holds the structure and the time. We close together, gently, so nobody leaves mid-sentence or mid-feeling.
The rules, read aloud at the start of each Circle
- What is said in the Circle stays in the Circle. Each of us commits to this.
- Zero advice, zero judgment, zero fixing. We witness.
- You decide how much you share. Silence is welcome, and “I pass” is a full sentence.
- One voice at a time. We leave room after strong words.
- The door closes after the opening. Arrive on time.
- Recording stays off. Always, for everyone.
What people bring
Burnout, grief, a breakup, a work crisis, shame, loneliness, a decision that keeps circling, or simply words never said out loud. Some people come only to listen for the first week or two. All of it is enough.
Common questions
- Do I have to speak?
- You choose, each time. Many people only listen at first. The seat is yours either way.
- Is it recorded?
- Never. Recording stays off for good, and we ask the same of every participant.
- Is this therapy?
- This is peer support: humans being present for humans. It complements professional care and never replaces it. If you are in crisis, please reach for professional help first: unsaid.community/#crisis
- What if the Circle is full?
- Seats open again each week. Join UNSAID (free) and the weekly letter brings the next date straight to your inbox.
- What about my time zone?
- The booking page converts the hour automatically. Thursdays, 5:00 PM in Warsaw, means 11:00 AM in New York and 8:00 AM in Los Angeles.
A seat costs nothing. What it gives back is hard to describe and easy to feel.
